
Mary West, PT, MSPT
Mary West, MS, PT, received her Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Southwest Texas State University in 2001. Prior to that, she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from The University of Arizona. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, the Texas Physical Therapy Association and the APTA Orthopaedics Section. As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, Mary uses her skills, knowledge and experience gained over the years to help her guests return to their optimal level of activity prior to injury/surgery. Utilizing her background in exercise physiology, orthopedic and sports rehabilitation, manual therapy/myofascial release, postsurgical rehabilitation, lymphatic drainage and kinesio taping, Mary provides the utmost care for her guests in creating personalized treatment plans focused on achieving individualized goals.
Mary is an Arizona native with family roots in Wisconsin. She enjoys the outdoors, fishing, lakes, mountains, University of Arizona athletics and is an avid Green Bay Packers fan. She also enjoys cooking, karaoke, participating in monthly 5K races and volunteering on the Sports Medicine Crew for the Susan G. Komen 3-Day.
